Job Title : Customer Service & Administrative Coordinator

Job Description :

The Learning Kitchen in West Chester, OH is looking for one customer service & administrative coordinator to join our team. We are located on 7659 Cox Lane. Our ideal candidate is friendly, organized, detail oriented, motivated, and engaged.

Employment Type: Part-time (20-30 hours per week)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Responsibilities

Customer Service & Communication

Answer phone calls and respond to voicemail and text messages

Check and respond to customer inquiries via email and messages

Assist with guest reservations and questions

Handle occasional retail sales

Administrative Support

Review and process online orders

Send necessary documents, coupons, and recipes to guests

Manage monthly printed calendars

Class Readiness & Daily Tasks

Print guest allergy and Private Event information

Print class rosters

Close on-line class registrations

Ensure wine recommendations and signage are displayed appropriately

Qualifications

Previous customer service experience required

Excellent phone and in-person communication skills

Ability to work independently

Strong writing skills for responding to guest emails

General computer skills (email, spreadsheets, online order processing)

Friendly and professional demeanor

Ability to work independently
