3-MONTH CONTRACT – CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMIN – LEEDS CENTRE – 22K
A large transport company based in Leeds Centre are working with Hays Business Support to recruit for a number of Customer Service Administrators to join the team ASAP
The role will be until the end of October and full training will be provided.
Salary – 22k Hours – Monday to Friday 8.30 – 5.30
Full Time office based.
The office is recently refurbed and very user-friendly with plenty of open space.
As a Customer service administrator you will sit with the wider Customer Service team to support with all elements of customer service.
Main
Duties
will include:
Responding to web forms on lost property
Responding to customer queries regarding timetable changes
Helping to assign tasks to drivers
Taking queries on driver complaints
The individual must be able to have a good
attention to detail
to make sure information is logged correctly.
You will
get two full weeks of training prior to starting in the live role No holidays can be taken during this period to the influx of workloads (odd days are OK)
