Full Job Description
We are a Distributor of Salon Furnishing/Equipment and our goal is to vertically integrate our market from manufacturing directly to the salons, spas, barber shops and tattoo studios. With this pursuit, we believe we will help our industry operate more efficiently and bring to market more designs and features to your local salons, spas and barber shops. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, work hard, be consistent, get better and doing it over again.
Customer Service/Administrative:
– Supporting our Sales Team with order processing, quotes and product inquiries
– Assisting our Marketplace (Amazon, Ebay, Walmart, etc) customers with product inquiries and after-sales inquiries
– Candidate has a good work ethic and works with integrity
– Professional, Patient and Pleasant with customers
– Good verbal and written communication
– Team Player
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Ability to multitask and follow-through.

Daily tasks include but are not limited to:
– Assist walk-in customers in the showroom and help them find the right products they need. Listen and learn to customer’s needs and provide a great customer service experience.
– Learning our Fishbowl Inventory System and help customers with inventory information and order processing for checkout.
– Process incoming orders via email, phone, text, online, social media platforms and in-
person.
– Assist customers with parcel ground/freight shipping quotes.
– Consistently updating product listings on Facebook, Offer Up and other market platforms.
– Respond to messages in a timely matter (within 30 mins) on our postings.
Open-door policy straight to the CEO.
Fluency in Spanish and Vietnamese is a plus.

- Monday to Friday
COVID-19 considerations:
All customers are required to wear a mask, curbside pickup available and common surfaces are sanitized regularly. Screen guards are placed between customers and staff.
