We are accepting applications for two Customer Service Assistant 2 positions within the Division of Wildlife, one position located at 1500 Dublin Rd, Columbus OH, 43215 in Franklin County and one position located at 1076 Old Springfield Pike, Xenia, OH 45385 in Greene County.

What you will do…

·       Work as part of a team of customer service staff that handles 8,000 to 10,000 calls a year.

·       Share the Division of Wildlife’s mission to conserve Ohio wildlife resources as the first contact for constituents (and sometimes their only point of contact)

·       Provide a high level of customer service to constituents who call 1-800-wildlife call center or email the Division’s customer service email box.

·        Provide technical advice and critical guidance on wildlife recreation, human wildlife conflict and licensing.

·        Complete public requests for educational, permitting, and promotional items that advance wildlife participation.

·        Complete administrative tasks for operations.
