About The Role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Assistant to join our team at RHB Insurance Berhad. In this role, you'll deliver excellent customer service by handling customer enquiries and policy-related matters accurately and efficiently across multiple service channels. You will also support day-to-day administrative operations while ensuring a seamless customer experience and compliance with service standards.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Handle customer enquiries and policy-related matters accurately and promptly through various service channels, including inbound calls, walk-in customers, and non-voice platforms.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to customer enquiries and policy servicing, including issuing cover notes, processing policy renewals, updating payment records, issuing official receipts, processing NCD withdrawals, submitting policy cancellations, and other related activities with a high level of accuracy.
  • Liaise effectively with Service Centre team members and other internal departments to resolve customer enquiries and service requests in a timely manner.
  • Complete all administrative activities promptly and accurately while complying with internal procedures, service standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the handling and resolution of customer complaints, ensuring issues are managed professionally and efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain strong knowledge of products, services, operating procedures, guidelines, and customer service practices to provide accurate information and support.
  • Perform other job-related duties and participate in projects as assigned by the superior.

What We're Looking For

  • A degree or professional qualification from an institution recognized by the Government of Malaysia.
  • Candidates with knowledge or experience in customer service, insurance, banking, financial services, or other related industries are encouraged to apply.
