St. John Ambulance Ontario is offering an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to take the role of Customer Service Clerk for our St. John Ambulance operations in the Northwest Region. Reporting to the Regional Manager, the successful candidate contributes to St. John’s success by providing a wide range of customer service and administrative support.
Essential Duties:
Provide a high level of customer service by answering and returning phone calls, registering walk in clients on courses, responding to e-mail and online requests for information on St. John training and products
Prepare paperwork for classes, print certificates and close classes once paperwork is submitted
Reconcile payment information appropriately and maintain accurate records in Microsoft D
Process payments & invoices for courses and product sales
Assist with various duties as assigned by the Business Development Manager and or Regional Manager
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS,
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of one-year successful experience in office administration
Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office including CRM software
Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage numerous tasks simultaneously
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; both written and oral
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong customer service / interpersonal skills
PARAMETERS:
Working hours are generally Monday to Friday; however, the nature of the position may require occasional evening and weekend work
