Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing training for Customer Service Centre staff

• Review and revise training materials according to standards

• Complete administrative documentation and staff scheduling

• Coach and mentor new staff on facility policies

• Provide information on membership, programs, and services

Requirements:

• Minimum High School Diploma, with additional coursework

• First Aid and CPR certification required

• 6-12 months related experience preferred

• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills

• Willingness to mentor and manage challenging conversations
