Job Summary:

We are seeking an organized and outgoing Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in clerical tasks, office management, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

-Assist in managing office operations and procedures
– Perform data entry and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
– Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
– Train agents on floor duty procedures and manage supply levels
– Act as a personal assistant to the management team
– Handle receptionist duties as needed
– Greet and Deliver excellent customer service to agents and their clients with a smile and great attitude.

Experience:

The successful candidate should have experience or skills in the following areas:
– Typing skills for efficient data entry
– Previous experience as a personal assistant or in clerical roles
– Knowledge of receptionist and phone duties
– Good written and oral communication skills including email and document creation
– Excellent customer service skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 – $17.00 per hour
