What You’ll Do:
Customer Support: Answer phones, respond to inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Lead Support: Assist with small leads, follow up with potential clients, and track inquiries.
Scheduling Assistance: Help coordinate appointments and ensure efficient operations.
Bid & Proposal Support: Attend pre-bid meetings and help with larger bid preparations.
Office Administration: Maintain Excel spreadsheets, update records, and assist with onboarding new employees.
Be a Team Player: Work alongside our leadership team to help improve processes and support business growth.

Tech-Savvy – Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), CRM systems, and email is a plus.

Part-Time to Start (M-F, 9 am to 3 pm)
