Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and be proficient in clerical tasks. Experience in project coordination and office management is a plus.

Responsibilities:
– Perform general office duties including data entry, filing, and answering phones
– Coordinate projects and assist with administrative tasks
– Provide support to staff and management as needed
– Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
– Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
– Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
– Utilize Google Suite for document creation and management

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in an office environment
– Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
– Proficiency in Google Suite applications
– Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
– Previous experience as a personal assistant or in office management is a plus
