Role Overview:

  • Provide Omnichannel to customers from Europe and the US, addressing travel-related questions.
  • Manage and process reservations, including flights and hotel bookings.
  • Efficiently handle booking changes and cancellations.
  • Resolve customer issues and provide exceptional solutions for a seamless travel experience.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality.

What You Need:

  • Proficiency in English (B2 level above) both written and spoken.
  • At least 5 months of experience in customer service, ideally in the travel industry or a email/live chat/voice setting. Also open for a fresh graduates!
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfortable with a rotational 24/7 shift schedule, especially night shifts to align with European and US time zones.
  • Availability to work 5 days per week.
  • Located in or willing to move to Yogyakarta.
