Role Overview:
- Provide Omnichannel to customers from Europe and the US, addressing travel-related questions.
- Manage and process reservations, including flights and hotel bookings.
- Efficiently handle booking changes and cancellations.
- Resolve customer issues and provide exceptional solutions for a seamless travel experience.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality.
What You Need:
- Proficiency in English (B2 level above) both written and spoken.
- At least 5 months of experience in customer service, ideally in the travel industry or a email/live chat/voice setting. Also open for a fresh graduates!
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable with a rotational 24/7 shift schedule, especially night shifts to align with European and US time zones.
- Availability to work 5 days per week.
- Located in or willing to move to Yogyakarta.
