Monday to Friday – 8: 00am to 5:00 pm/ 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

Responsibilities:

Looking for a positive and professional Customer Service Representative. In this role, you’ll be the customers’ first point of contact, responsible for delivering a best in class customer support experience.

• Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily

• Ability to enter data in spreadsheets

Requirements:

MS Office Proficient

Strong Computer Skills

Prior Customer Service experience with a minimum of 2 years experience.

Well spoke and fluent in English

Clean cut and presentable.

High School Diploma
