Responsibilities

of Customer Service Representative include, but are not limited to:

Responsible for general front desk and admin duties.

Responding to customer inquiries regarding company products and services

Processing customer phone and e-mail orders

Checking availability of stock and shipping dates

Quoting prices, filling orders to customer specifications and processing sales data via computer

Assisting the outside sales team by preparing price quotes and sourcing products#LI-YH!

Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative include, but are not limited to:

Knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Excellent

communication skills

Should be enthusiastic and able to work independently

Must have

experience performing a majority of the functions

Prior inside sales/customer service experience

Data entry skills, organization,

multi-tasking

and customer focus is required

Regular in-person attendance required

Normal business hours Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm

Microsoft, Epicor Profit 21

Normal in-person business hours Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
