Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
As a
customer care
specialist, you will serve as the first point of contact for all inbound general correspondence: phone calls, emails, walk-ins, etc.
You will
be responsible for managing inquiries, documenting new leads, scheduling initial and follow-up appointments, driving
customer satisfaction
through educating clients on basic products and services, providing status updates, and facilitating
communication
between departments, vendors, contractors, etc.
CORE
RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service:
Manage inbound calls, emails, and walk-ins promptly and professionally
Scheduling:
Handle appointment scheduling with our field inspectors and project teams
Follow-Up:
Provide status updates on project progression and outstanding requirements
Tracking:
Maintain accurate,
up-to-date
client records and interactions in our CRMReporting:
Report on call volumes, trends, and outstanding items
Office Administration:
Assist with other office administrative tasks as needed Requirements
JOB
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service and/or administrative support experience
Excellent
attention to detail
, organization and
problem-solving skills
Excellent written and oral
communication
/interpersonal skills, and follow-through
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
Ability to
thrive in a
fast-paced environment
and quickly adapt to change
Ability to
pass examination and comply with our drug-free workplace policy
Ability to
pass a background check
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Associate’s degree or higher
Strongly preferred:
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
