Customer Service Representative/Administrative Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual tojoin our teamas a Customer Service Representative/Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and be comfortable with administrative tasks. The role requires strongcommunication skills, apositive attitude, and the ability to work well in afast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person

Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

Data entry and maintenance of customer information in our CRM system

Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars

Perform general administrative tasks as needed

Provide excellent customer service to our clients and help maintain positive relationships

Insurance Industry experience is a requirement

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service

Strongcommunicationand organizational skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based CRM systems

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

Insurance industry experience a requirement
