“`Duties:“`
– Perform general office administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
– Maintain and update office records and files
– Assist with data entry and order entry tasks
– Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
– Manage calendars and ensure timely reminders for important deadlines
– Assist with proofreading documents and ensuring accuracy of information
– Support project coordination efforts by organizing materials, tracking progress, and communicating updates to team members
– Assist with event planning and coordination for office functions or client meetings
– Provide general clerical support such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
“`Qualifications:“`
– Previous experience in a Mental Health office administration role is preferred
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Proficient in data entry and order entry tasks
– Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy of documents
– Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
– Proficient in using Google Suite or similar software for calendar management and document creation/editing
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
