Position Description: About the Opportunity:
Our client is seeking a meticulous and dedicated Data Entry Clerk I to join their team in College Station, TX. This crucial role is designed for detail-oriented individuals who excel in maintaining data integrity and accuracy. You will play a significant role in supporting our client’s operations by efficiently managing and verifying data, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks.

Role Responsibilities:
Document Preparation: Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry.
Accuracy Verification: Check source documents for accuracy and verify data.
Data Correction: Correct data where necessary and obtain further information for incomplete documents.
Data Management: Update and enter data from source documents into prescribed computer databases, files, and forms.
Transcription: Transcribe information into the required electronic format.
Quality Assurance: Check completed work for accuracy and comply with data integrity policies.

Daily Tasks:
CVE Forwardable moves until transitioning from the current print vendor.
CVE Manual address matching.
CNA daily file formatting, including:
Transactional states file preparation.
Splitting of BOB states file preparation.
CVE Missing Files daily review and outreach.
CVA File monitoring.
Candidate Profile:
Educational Requirement: A high school diploma or GED.
Preferred Experience: Previous experience in data entry or a related administrative role.
Key Abilities: Strong attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and proficiency with electronic data systems.
Physical Demands: Comfortable working onsite 5 days a week in College Station, TX.
