As the Administrative Coordinator – Front Office, you will manage client interactions, coordinate administrative functions, and ensure seamless communication throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience
Manage incoming calls and route communications effectively across departments
Provide detailed information regarding rental services, pricing structures, and policies
Confirm client reservations and conduct follow-up communications as needed
Maintain accurate records and manage documentation related to rentals and client interactions
Support internal departments with administrative assistance and cross-functional coordination
Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset
Professional demeanor and excellent phone etiquette
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently in a fast-paced setting
