Main responsibilities
- Present, promote and sell services to prospective customers to meet individual monthly targets.
- Receive customer inquiries from the Marketing team and consult with international ones (entrepreneurs, multi-national corporations, etc.) based on their needs for corporate services related to start-ups, bank account opening, etc. via email, live chat, and phone calls in English.
- Collaborate with the Customer service staff/Sales Admin to complete orders as the company's procedure (This task will be trained later).
- Maintain customer relationships.
- Manage customer data and orders on CRM.
- Provide regular, transparent, detailed feedback and reporting on personal performance (if requested) to Team Leader/Head of Department.
- Other tasks assigned by Team Leader/Head of Department.
Requirements
- Experience in consulting on intangible products/services
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor's degree in English Linguistics, Economics, Banking, Business Administration, Business Laws, etc.
- 1-2 years of work experience in related fields such as Sales, Customer Service, Service Consulting Corporate Services, etc.
- Highly effective teamwork spirit, time management, organizational, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Familiar with documentation and CRM system
- Proactive attitude, hardworking, able to work both independently and within a team, able to multitask
- Having a basic knowledge of Economics, Finance, or International Banking is an advantage
