What you’ll do:

Communicate with existing customers to introduce course renewal options and increase renewal conversion rates.

Maintain and follow up with customers, understand their learning needs, and provide personalized renewal suggestions to improve student retention.

Monitor students’ learning progress, analyse learning data, and develop renewal strategies based on their stage and performance.

Answer questions from customers, handle possible concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

At least 4 year of experience in sales, customer service, or any related field.

Able to communicate in English, B1 or above is required.

Excellent communication skills to understand customer needs.

Able to work effectively in a target-driven environment while maintaining a positive and productive attitude.

Strong commitment to achieving sales targets, with the motivation to pursue high performance and commission.
