Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, maintaining, and retrieving data in an accurate and efficient manner.
Duties:
– Type in data collected directly from customers or other parties
– Organize files and collect data to be entered into the computer
– Use computerized data entry equipment and software to record, store, and analyze information
– Transcribe information into required electronic format
– File completed documents in appropriate locations
– Enter data into Excel spreadsheets or other systems as required
– Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
Experience:
– Proficient in using computer programs such as Microsoft Excel
– Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures
– Ability to operate basic office equipment
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
