Overview:

Preferred Location: SE Region- Atlanta

PepsiCo is seeking a highly skilled and talented Administrative Assistant (L03). The position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Customer Team. Responsibilities range from travel arrangements, executive support, filing and invoice processing, to ensuring the accuracy of databases and report generation and presentation creation.

Responsibilities:

Managing the Customer Team highly detailed calendar as well as scheduling meetings and conference calls (includes staff meetings and meetings with senior management).

Coordinating travel arrangements which includes the preparation of travel documents, as warranted.

Coordinating meetings and external events as needed.

Maintaining the Customer Team daily briefings.

Preparing and handling highly confidential and proprietary information.

Preparing and maintaining P-Card and SAP spend each period.

Distributing mail and phone coverage.

Maintaining content, accuracy and visual organization of files (or informational databases).

Organizing, maintaining and procuring office supplies.

Managing, updating and appropriately communicating departmental documents (i.e. organizational announcements, Distribution lists, service anniversary lists).

Handling departmental projects as assigned.

Handling and coordinating cross functionally as needed

Coordinating live sampling requests and imaging updates as needed or requested

Answering general phone inquiries in a professional, courteous and helpful manner and appropriately handling vendor calls and emails.

Serving as a resource person by contacting or responding to inquiries at a Division or HQ level.

Greeting visitors to the organization in a professional, welcoming and helpful manner.

Compensation & Benefits:

The expected compensation range for this position is between $42,000 – $67,000 based on a full-time schedule.

Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.

Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications:

3+ years of administrative support experience.

Proven track record of supporting and managing multiple and competing priorities.

Preference for someone who has a strong working knowledge of the PepsiCo Corporate teams and environment.

Must be highly organized, pay close attention to details and proactively follow-up.

Ability to anticipate needs and issues and act accordingly in addition to exhibiting good judgment.

Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced and high intensity work environment.

Must be able to flex schedule to meet work demands (ex. early mornings, after hours).

Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Must be able to independently create detailed and high-quality PowerPoint presentations that include charts, graphs, other visuals, etc.

Must have strong interpersonal, time management, and problem solving skills.
