Position:Temporary Recruiter
Location:Ogden, UT – On Site
Pay Rate Range:$18 to $30/hr
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage the full recruitment cycle including posting job ads, screening resumes, contacting applicants, conducting phone and in-person interviews, and coordinating hiring efforts with department managers.
– Act as the focal point for all candidates throughout the recruitment process, responding quickly to questions from candidates
– Coordinate pre-employment steps with candidates such as pre-employment drug screens and background checks through our third-party vendors
– Provide regular updates and reports to HR team andleadershipon recruitment status.
– Update and maintain the applicant flow log with candidate status
– Maintain accurate andup-to-daterecruitment records using our HRIS system.
Qualifications:
– High School diploma required, BS degree in HR or a related field preferred.
– Proven experience in recruitment, specifically in manufacturing or a similar industrial setting.
– Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
– Excellentcommunicationand interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
– Proficiency in using HR software and candidate databases.
– Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in afast-paced environment.
