Operations Management Coordinator – Your Job Duties

As the Operations Management Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the Firm’s daily operations. You will support the staff on administrative and document-related tasks with the opportunity to take on billable work for clients. You will:

Serve as the primary point of contact for attorneys, law firms, and clients during the new client onboarding process

Gather and verify case details, document collection, and upload into the CRM system

Analyze client data to ensure project completeness, and identify missing items

Support staff with administrative project tasks, including light data entry, redaction of sensitive information, report preparation, and schedule management

Maintain CRM system to ensure all deadlines and milestones are being met

Address client inquiries and troubleshoot issues to ensure high service levels

Operations Management Coordinator – Required Skills, Experience & Culture Fit

You have:

Outstanding organizational and time-management skills, expertly coordinating multiple calendars and project schedules

Excellent attention to detail. You stick with consistent processes so that nothing slips through the cracks

Expertise with MS Excel. You can easily do VLOOKUPS, create pivot tables, and prepare spreadsheet reports

Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills for report preparation

The flexibility to work remotely with occasional in-office visits to the Rocklin location as needed

Experience in professional services or law environment (desired not required)

Operations Management Coordinator – Benefits & Pay for You

Your compensation will be $32.00 – $34.00 per hour (estimated $65,000 – $70,000 annually) plus overtime as needed
