Responsibilities

  • Establish, maintain, and update compliance policies, operating procedures, registers, evidence files, and inspection checklists for data center operations.
  • Track applicable national and local requirements related to data centers, workplace safety, fire protection, environmental protection, energy management, network security, data security, and classified protection.
  • Coordinate regulatory inspections, customer audits, third-party certifications, internal reviews, and follow-up actions.
  • Manage applications, renewals, filings, version control, and archiving for licenses, permits, certificates, and audit evidence.
  • Support the implementation of ISO 27001, ISO 20000, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, information security, occupational health, and operational safety management systems.
  • Monitor compliance across safety, fire protection, environmental controls, energy consumption, facility maintenance, access control, visitor management, and vendor governance.
  • Identify compliance gaps and operational risks, recommend corrective actions, and track resolution through proper documentation.
  • Support incident response, accident investigations, regulatory inquiries, and customer complaints from a compliance perspective.
  • Prepare compliance inspection reports, risk alerts, corrective action summaries, and management reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Engineering Management, Safety Engineering, Information Security, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Energy Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance, internal control, audit, workplace safety, data center operations, or large-scale infrastructure operations.
  • Knowledge of data center operational controls, workplace safety, fire protection, environmental compliance, network security, and information security requirements.
  • Strong skills in SOP/documentation writing, audit preparation, evidence management, issue tracking, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Experience with ISO 27001, ISO 20000, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, SOC audits, classified protection, or similar compliance frameworks is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, principled, and able to communicate compliance risks effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
