🧩 What You’ll Be Doing
- Execute and manage data collection activities with high accuracy
- Conduct field research & site visits to gather real-world insights
- Ensure data is complete, clean, and reliable for business use
- Plan and support ground operations and projects
- Identify gaps and suggest process improvements
- Maintain strict confidentiality and data integrity standards
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Strong command of English (written & spoken)
- Basic working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Analytical mindset with ability to spot issues and improve processes
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Open to a hybrid role (fieldwork + office work)
📌 Working Arrangement
- 5.5-day work week (Mon–Fri + half day Saturday)
- 45 hours per week
- Overtime (OT) pay applicable for extra hours (subject to approval)
