Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately enter data into company databases and systems.
• Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
• Update and maintain records, ensuring information is current.
• Prepare and generate reports based on data analysis.
• Handle data-related queries and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
• Perform routine data backups and ensure data security protocols are followed.
• Assist with data-related projects and tasks as needed. Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and data entry software.
• Strong
attention to detail
and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
