Job Title: Part-Time Administrative Assistant (Growth Opportunity)
Location: Hybrid (Remote to start; On-site in Wilsonville, OR (or surrounding area) once office is established in 2 years)

Compensation: $20-25 DOE
Job Description
We are a growing organization looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team part-time (3 days per week). This role is ideal for someone who is excited to contribute to meaningful work, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is looking to grow into a full-time Office Manager position over time.
You’ll play a key role in helping our team stay organized, implement new systems, and deliver excellent service to the people we serve. The position is remote to start and will transition to on-site once our new office is established in 2 years.
Key Responsibilities
Review and manage daily email communications
Return phone calls and communicate with clients in a professional, friendly manner
Set up and maintain new accounts and administrative systems
Manage and update our CRM (HoneyBook experience is a plus)
Assist with implementing new workflows and operational systems
Support leadership with general administrative tasks
Help establish and manage internal systems as we grow
Prepare to transition into the Office Manager role over time
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Self-motivated and driven to learn and grow
Comfortable with technology and learning new software tools
Experience with CRM systems (especially HoneyBook) is a plus
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
A positive, solution-oriented mindset
Preferred Experience
Previous administrative experience (nonprofit background is a plus)
Familiarity with HoneyBook or similar CRM platforms
Experience setting up systems or working in early-stage organizations
