Data Entry and Customer Service Specialist Jobs in Pittsburgh, PA at Integrated Corporate Health LLC

We are looking to fill a full-time position. It will be 3 days a week as a Front Desk Agent & 2 days a week as a Night Auditor.

As a Front Desk Agent, you will serve as our Guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation.

As a Night Auditor, you will work overnight to run the audit and turn over the day.

Front Desk Agent & Night Auditor responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
Manage online and phone reservations
Inform Guests about payment methods and verify their credit card data
Register Guests by collecting necessary information, like contact details
Welcome Guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
Provide Guests with information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
Respond to Guests’ complaints in professional manner
Liaise with our Housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean and ready to accommodate Guests’ needs
Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
Run the audit, to turn over the day
Print appropriate reports

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
