Full Job Description

Integrated Health 21 (IH21) is a leading provider of worksite wellness screenings and vaccination clinics across the continental United States. Headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA with offices in Syracuse, NY and Milwaukee, WI; IH21 partners with employers and insurance companies to customize health and wellness events with the goal of improving health and wellness of their employees and insured.

PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION

This position provides customer support for the day-to-day operations of the organization as well as being responsible for accurate and efficient data entry and maintenance of screening data into internal software programs within established timeframes.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide phone support as customer service by promptly and courteously answering high volume of incoming phone calls. Handle or direct calls in an appropriate manner. Log calls into customer service spreadsheet, take complete messages and return calls as required.

Enter registration information of screening participants into appropriate database. Log completed client paperwork into appropriate software system upon screen completion. Perform quality data control in accordance with company procedures.

Provide home test kits to participants as needed for off-site screening.

Interact with internal and external sources on matters affecting customer service or accounts such as lab partners, vendors, participants, clients, and employees. Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Perform data entry of information such as screening participant results, physician mailings and biometric data using excel spreadsheets or internal software. Revise and/or combine information as required.

Share reports with appropriate parties on an as needed basis. Ensure access to information is limited and handled confidentiality as per applicable company policy.

Verify accuracy of client data entered, reviews discrepancies, requests clarification or advise supervisor of issues related to data.

Interact with departmental and other staff on matters affecting the data entry process and make recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes to ensure standards in data entry, collection, and retrieval.

Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures such as scanning in a timely manner and mailing results to participants within established timeframes.

Assist with mail/ delivery check-in according to procedures outlined. Assist with printing documents and reports, as necessary. Carefully pack and prepare equipment/ supplies/ kits for shipment.

Perform all shipping and receiving procedures as necessary and requested by Management.

Special projects and other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma

Minimum one year data entry experience.

Customer Service Skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Effective time management and multi-tasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Accuracy and Attention to detail.
