Job Description:
Looking to join a fun and creative team? Are you organized and ready to learn and grow? This position would provide general team and office administrative functions including managing phones, inventory, workspaces, and visitors. More responsibilities include scheduling lunch & learns, managing executive calendars and updating documents and templates in word and excel. We are looking for an outgoing candidate who will provide general team and office support and general office organization. The candidate should have a good understanding of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite products is a plus. We are looking for part time candidates currently.
