Full Job Description

We are in search of a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk Specialist, Data Entry Administrative to join our remote team. As the Data Entry Clerk Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and processing data, entering data accurately into our databases, and maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the information.

The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the security and confidentiality of all data entered into the company’s databases. The specialist will also be responsible for identifying and rectifying any errors or inconsistencies found in the data. Additionally, the specialist will be expected to suggest ways of improving data management procedures to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of our systems. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. The Data Entry Specialist will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our organization’s data, and as such, attention to detail and a commitment to excellence are essential.

The ideal candidate should have excellent keyboarding skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have experience with data entry or data management. They should also be able to work independently and be able to follow specific instructions and guidelines.


  • Conduct market research surveys over the phone, online, or in person
  • Collect and input data accurately and efficiently
  • Analyze survey results and report findings to the team
  • Assist with the development of survey questions and design
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategy discussions
  • Accurately input data into our company’s database
  • Verify and check entered data for accuracy and completeness
  • Review and update data as necessary
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Adhere to established data entry procedures and protocols


  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with a wide range of people
  • Experience with market research or survey administration preferred, but not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $39.84 per hour
