We are looking for a Senior Order Entry Coordinator to handle customer aftermarket parts orders, provide quotes, manage pricing and inventory, and communicate order status. This individual will also maintain customer data in ERP and CRM systems, coordinate pricing, collaborate with various departments, and manage customer portals and contacts.
What You’ll Do:
Ensure a positive and pleasant experience for our customers.
Collaborate with multiple departments to make sure the customers’ orders are processed and received by the customer correctly.
Work in a team environment to ensure quotes and orders and shipments are processed within departmental guidelines.
Along with the rest of the order entry team maintain customer ordering portals and related contact information.
Work to resolve customer shipping issues or parts issues in a friendly and courteous fashion.

What You’ll Need:
An associate’s degree or a high school diploma and several years of experience in a customer service role.
Two years of experience in a related field with customers and order fulfillment.
One year of experience in Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM).
Prior experience with ERP systems preferably People Soft or other comparable order entry system.
Proven track record of providing excellent customer service experiences.
