As a crucial member of our administrative staff, you will take on the responsibility of entering and managing data across various systems, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, as you will be tasked with reviewing data for errors or inconsistencies and making necessary corrections.

Key Responsibilities
Enter and update data into the database in an accurate and timely manner.
Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness before entry.
Maintain data integrity through regular audits and quality checks.
Prepare and generate reports as needed based on data analysis.
Assist in developing and maintaining data entry procedures and policies.
Respond to inquiries regarding data and assist team members with data-related tasks.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry is a plus.
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar administrative role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks.
Good communication skills both written and verbal.
