Grasser & Associates LLC, a reputable real estate firm, is currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The Data Entry Clerk will play a vital role in inputting and maintaining accurate data records related to real estate transactions and client information. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Responsibilities:

Input and maintain accurate data entries related to real estate transactions, client information, and property details into our databases and systems.

Verify data accuracy and completeness by reviewing, correcting, and validating information as needed.

Ensure timely and consistent data entry to meet established deadlines and quality standards.

Organize and maintain electronic and hard copy files and records related to real estate transactions and client information.

Assist with data cleanup and maintenance tasks as assigned.

Collaborate with other team members, including real estate agents and administrative staff, to ensure smooth data flow and accuracy.

Adhere to data entry procedures and guidelines to maintain data integrity and security.

Handle sensitive and confidential real estate information with discretion and confidentiality.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in data entry or related field is a plus.

Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role, preferably in a real estate or related industry.

Proficient typing skills and familiarity with data entry software and tools.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when dealing with real estate transaction data.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a real estate team environment.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Knowledge of data entry best practices and procedures.

Familiarity with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office suite.
