Join TECHNE as a Part-Time Administrative Support!

Are you an organized administrative professional with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for marketing? TECHNE, a leading architecture firm in San Diego, is looking for a Part-Time Administrative Marketing position to support our dynamic team!

Your Role:

In this position, you will assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including:

Basic accounting; assisting in data entry, answering simple invoice questions from clients and drafting invoices using simple math formula
Supporting the team as needed
Coordinating and making Team Events a little bit “extra special” for everyone
Organizing the office and maintaining records
Coordinating travel arrangements for the Principal
Managing the Principal’s calendar
Running errands to support the team

Who We’re Looking For

We seek someone with:

At least 2 years of administrative experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Tech Savvy
Proficiency in Google Suite
A passion for marketing and communication
A reliable car and active driver’s license

And someone who is:

an ideal candidate seeking a stable, long term position as an admin
