We are seeking a reliable and focused Data Entry Clerk to support our administrative and operations departments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, is comfortable with digital tools, and has a strong eye for accuracy.

Responsibilities

Accurately input data from various sources into company systems and spreadsheets

Verify and update existing records to ensure accuracy

Maintain organized files, reports, and databases

Assist with generating routine reports and summaries

Work closely with team members to support project tracking and logistics

Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred

Strong typing skills and attention to detail

Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar software

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Excellent organizational and communication skills
