Position Overview:We are looking for a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to assist with the organization and management of our data. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data into our systems and databases.

Key Responsibilities:

Inputting a high volume of data accurately and efficiently into databases and spreadsheets.

Verifying accuracy and completeness of data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering information.

Organizing and maintaining electronic and paper files.

Assisting with data cleanup and validation projects.

Generating reports and extracting data as needed.

Collaborating with other team members to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

Adhering to company policies and procedures regarding data handling and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Excellent typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with basic data entry procedures and techniques.
