Job Type: Full-time, On-site (This is a presential role in our San Antonio office)
Salary: $19 to $26 per hour
Job Description: We are is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to accurately input, update, and maintain company data in digital and physical records. The ideal candidate has excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Enter and update data into company databases and systems with accuracy.
Verify and review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct them as needed.
Maintain and organize electronic and physical records.
Process and manage confidential information securely.
Assist with generating reports and retrieving data as requested.
Follow company data entry procedures and best practices.
Qualities We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree is a plus.
Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data management software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to type quickly and efficiently.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
