The Data Entry Clerk will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate data management within our organization. This position requires strong attention to detail and excellent typing skills, as you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various systems.
Key Responsibilities
Inputting and updating data into the company database with accuracy and efficiency.
Verifying the accuracy of data before entering it into the system.
Conducting regular audits of data to identify and correct errors or discrepancies.
Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information during data entry processes.
Collaborating with other departments to gather necessary data and information for entry.
Generating reports as required for management to analyze performance metrics.
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a related field is preferred.
Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and data entry software.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data.
