We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk to join our dedicated and hard-working Shipping & Recieving team. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, a team player, and comfortable working at a fast pace.
We are a jewelry and watch repair facility, focused on providing the highest caliber service to our partners and clientele. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Record and input received jewelry, watches, and other luxury items into the database.
Review received pieces to ensure repair request matches item received.
Ensure received items are organized and routed to the correct departments for repairs.
Take photos of received items using our state-of-the-art photo boxes.
Assist with receiving and shipping items as needed.
IDEAL CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
Detail-oriented, while maintaining a sense of urgency
Quick learner
Comfortable working with computers.
Reliable and team-oriented.
