Company Description
Compass Government Solutions is looking for an Administrative Support Specialist for the Family Advocacy Program (FAP) at Schofield Barracks. In preparation to bid on this contract, we are seeking qualified candidates willing to be included in our proposal as interested and skilled individuals.
The FAP an Administrative Support Specialist plays a crucial role in the effective administration and execution of the Army Community Service (ACS) Family Advocacy Program (FAP). This position requires meticulous record-keeping, timely reporting, active participation in meetings, and a strong understanding of FAP initiatives. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.

Job Description
Calendar Management: Develop, maintain, and submit a 90-day projected monthly class/event calendar for all ACS FAP activities, updating it as necessary and providing it to the COR (Contracting Officer’s Representative).
Reporting & Documentation: Generate and submit a variety of administrative reports and a monthly program management review summarizing services provided, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), to the COR. These reports include, but are not limited to, bi-weekly reports, information papers, SITREPs (Situational Reports), quad charts, trend slides, Family Advocacy Committee slides, and prevention slides. Adhere to COR-provided due dates and promptly correct any deficiencies within one (1) working day.
Database Management: Enter and update the approved program database, currently the Army Family Web Portal (AFWP), within the same day, but no later than three (3) working days, of all activities, including but not limited to classes, briefings, events, campaigns, and meetings. Maintain accurate records of ACS clients, cases, telephone calls, etc., within the AFWP.
Meeting Participation: Actively participate in weekly FAP staff meetings (unless excused by the COR), monthly ACS meetings, and quarterly Family Advocacy Committee (FAC) meetings. Attend Fatality Review Committee (FRC) meetings as requested. Contribute to FAP initiatives and provide input to improve the operational mission of the FAP. Provide statistical information on classes taught, participant numbers, and identified trends at FAC meetings.
Collaboration: Work closely with the COR and other FAP staff to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of services.
Qualifications
A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
Proven experience in administrative support and reporting.
Proficiency in database management, preferably with experience using the Army Family Web Portal (AFWP).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with military culture and Army Community Service programs is preferred.
Experience in family advocacy or related fields is a plus.
