About the Position

Foursquare seeks a dynamic Part-Time Office Coordinator to join our Seattle team!

Our Office Operations team is pivotal within Foursquare, orchestrating the seamless functions of our physical spaces while curating engaging events and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. We champion efficiency, supporting our Executive Team to enhance their interactions with both the company and clients, and are guided by the Foursquare Leadership Principles of “Customers First” and “Get Going”.

We are on the lookout for a personable individual to embody the spirit of our Seattle office. This role entails managing various facets of Office Operations, including facilities, supplies, visitor coordination, mail handling, and nurturing vendor relationships. Additionally, you’ll spearhead the planning and execution of regional office events and cultural initiatives, fostering a cohesive and vibrant workplace environment. This role will also provide light assistance for local executives while collaborating closely with Finance and IT Operations. We are looking for someone to uphold the high standards synonymous with the Foursquare office experience, and deliver unparalleled support to our Seattle team!

In this role, you’ll

Coordinate office operations and procedures for smooth workflow and efficiency, including maintenance requests and facilities management
Manage office budgets and expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring compliance with company standards
Provide light support to local executives and senior management by organizing calendars, scheduling travel, submitting expenses, and handling sensitive information with discretion
Facilitate office events and activities from planning to execution, including special event coordination and guest management
Maintain office supplies, equipment, and informational portals, ensuring access to necessary resources and up-to-date information for employees
Serve as the first point of contact for employees and guests, demonstrating strong communication skills and professionalism in all interactions
Be willing and able for light physical tasks. Must be able to safely and comfortably lift 40 lbs

What you’ll need

Keen attention to detail in all tasks and assignments
Excellent time management skills in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Google Suite (drive, sheets, docs, slack, etc.)
Polished soft skills and creative problem-solving skills
Proficient in English.
Reasonable repairs and maintenance experience is a plus

At Foursquare, we are committed to providing competitive pay that is in line with industry and market standards. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, and specific office location.

For this position, the total cash compensation range is $26-$34 USD per hour. However, actual salaries can vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills and competencies, as well as location.
