**Position Overview:**

– Conduct detailed data entry to track inventory movements accurately, including items received, dispatched, and their precise locations.

– Manage the front desk and office administration, ensuring operational efficiency.

– Provide superior support and customer service through phone and email interactions.

– Facilitate billing processes and inquiries.

– Maintain strict adherence to inventory control procedures and documentation, ensuring data integrity.

– Execute general office duties, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.

– Organize and procure office supplies and materials.

– Document inventory specifics and damage reports meticulously.

– Assist the Inventory Supervisor in ensuring clear and accurate client communication through comprehensive information sharing.

**Qualifications and Experience:**

– A High School diploma or its equivalent is required.

– Proficiency in computers and familiarity with relevant software.

– Knowledge of standard office equipment and its operation.

– Understanding of administrative and clerical procedures, such as filing and record-keeping.

– Awareness of basic office management principles and practices.

**Position Details:**

– Job Type: Full-Time

– Salary: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour

– Work Hours: 40 hours weekly

**Relocation Requirement:**

– A willingness to relocate to Austin, TX 78744 is necessary before commencement of work.

**Work Location:**

– This position is on-site.
