Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Customer Service professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring that their inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently. You will also be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems with a high degree of accuracy.
Pay Range:$800 – $1150 weekly
Responsibilities include:
Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Accurately enter and update customer information in our database.
Assist customers in resolving issues and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
Generate reports and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and database changes.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of the database.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in office administration or customer service is a plus.
Proven experience in data entry and customer service roles.
Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
