We currently have an exciting career opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join the team in our Tyson’s office.

CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to be thoughtful and intentional in how they create opportunities for in-person collaboration. While the cadence of in-office presence is determined at the team level, our professionals are encouraged to be in the office/together in person on average 3 days a week.

This position is responsible for providing a broad spectrum of support to our Advisory Government Contracting department and Partners in a fast paced, challenging, and rewarding environment. Requirements include extensive people, communication, organizational, technical, and processing skills, and the ability to continuously prioritize multiple projects. YOUR ROLE.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Providing administrative support in a manner that optimizes efficiency, resources, and client satisfaction.
Managing the Partner MS Outlook calendars and scheduling commitments accordingly.
Preparing, proofreading and formatting correspondence using Microsoft Word (engagement letters, legal agreements, and client documents and invoices) in accordance with the firm’s policies and procedures.
Organizing, creating, and standardizing materials such as proposals, engagement letters, and client correspondences.
Review of correspondence, reports, and other documents; prioritizes such materials and prepares summaries as necessary.
Acting as liaison with IT, office services and marketing on behalf of team and partners.
Working collaboratively to provide overflow and backup support for other team members.
Managing multiple phone lines, schedule meetings and receive incoming vendor deliveries.
Arrange in-house trainings, book conference rooms, coordinate attendees, and arrange meal service.
Receiving, sorting and distributing mail.
Processing daily deposit.
Assisting with ordering general office and pantry supplies.
Assisting with other onsite office service’s needs.
Performing other duties as assigned.

YOUR EXPERIENCE.

The successful candidate will have:

4+ years of experience in administrative support work, office practices and administrative procedures.
Tech savvy with the ability and desire to embrace necessary software applications.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel; intermediate knowledge of all other Microsoft applications.
Superior organizational and follow-through skills with strong attention given to details and deadlines.
Flexibility to change direction frequently between tasks and between different clients.
Proven ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects while prioritizing, planning and organizing projects simultaneously.
Ability to operate with a sense of urgency.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision as well as work cooperatively with all levels of management and employees.
Open to constructive feedback and on-going self-improvement.
Flexibility to work additional hours during peak periods of the year.
Professional demeanor and appearance necessary at all times.
Ability to work onsite in the office at least 3 days per week.
