Responsibilities:

– Accurately inputting a variety of data into databases, spreadsheets, and other systems.

– Ensuring the integrity and security of data by conducting regular quality checks.

– Verifying the accuracy of data through cross-referencing with source documents.

– Verifying the accuracy by calling the data source.

– Identifying and correcting errors to maintain a high level of data quality.

– Updating and maintaining records to reflect the most current information.

– Organizing and archiving data for easy retrieval.

– Collaborating with team members to ensure consistency and accuracy in data entry.

– Reporting any discrepancies or issues promptly.

– Handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent.

– Proven experience in data entry or a related role is a plus.

– Proficient in using data entry software and Google Suite Experience

– Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

– Strong organizational and time management skills.

– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

– Real Estate experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
