We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have experience in office management, preferably in a medical office setting.

“`Responsibilities“`
– Manage the front desk by greeting clients
– Answer phone calls
– Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar
– Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing documents
– Light data entry
– Maintain office suppliies and tidy reception area
– Verify insurance eligibility and benefits and track claim status
– Handle incoming mail and packages
– Followup with overdue and delinquint clients

“`Experience“`
– Previous experience in an office environment, preferably in a medical office or similar setting
– Familiarity with phone systems and other office equipment
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
– Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
– Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
