The Data Entry, HVAC Piping Labor Tracking individual will enter information from invoices and orders into PO’s. Other duties include scanning in packing slips into the company’s operating system, filing, following up on back orders as needed and scheduling deliveries.
Job Responsibilities:
Gather initial labor tracking information from drawings and estimates.
Enter information into tracking spreadsheets.
Email/call foreman to ensure weekly tracking pictures are being emailed.
Print pictures and highlight tracking drawings.
Training will be provided on the above tasks.
Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
One (1) year of experience in construction preferred, not required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel required).
Good communication and organizational skills.
A desire to learn new things.

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to hear, and speak clearly with professional standard grammar.
Must be able to walk, stand, sit, stoop, kneel, climb stairs, reach overhead, push, pull, lift and carry up to 30 lbs., must have dexterity of fingers (or mechanical substitutions).
