Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented person to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. As you enter data and monitor it; you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our office.
Responsibilities:
– Data entry, daily mathematical calculations, and monitoring real time data.
– Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations
– Maintain accurate records
– Provide general administrative support as needed
Skills:
– Extremely comfortable with new technology, technical software, and mathematics.
– Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
– Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
– Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus.
